My first order didn’t arrive, I emailed , they explained that the original color I requested was no longer available. I was asked to choose another color, and shortly after, I received an email letting me know they actually did have the original color and could send it to me. That level of follow-up was definitely great customer service. My daughter uses them while playing, and she really likes them.
